Partnership RB Leipzig
As an Official Supplier, PreZero has been taking responsibility for future-oriented waste management together with RB Leipzig since 2022: PreZero advises on targeted and sustainable waste management at the Red Bull Arena, the RBL Football Academy and the RB Leipzig offices. For example, a disposal concept has already been developed for the arena in order to increase the recycling rates generated on site. Initial measures include stringent separation of recyclables and the introduction of reusable cups in the VIP area.
As the first lighthouse project of the cooperation, PreZero is playing a leading role in the recycling of old spectator seats in the RedBull Arena. As part of this task, a social project for the production of soccer courts for children will be supported at the same time.
The aim of the partnership is to take future projects further in terms of the circular economy. After all, soccer is an important part of our society, bringing together a wide variety of people as a shared experience and thus also having a significant influence on the development of our coexistence. Together, PreZero and the Bundesliga soccer team RB Leipzig therefore want to take responsibility and raise resource awareness and waste management to a new level within the Bundesliga.
