Advanced polymer processing methods
We are giving plastic waste a new life. From the point of waste generation, PreZero’s experts collect, separate, and prepare waste for transport to our recycling plants in Europe. From there, the material is shredded, washed, dried, and sorted, ensuring a supply of single variety raw material that is the foundation for a high-quality end product: polymer plastic. After melting, compression, and decontamination using our extrusion machinery, the material is formed into different classifications of polymers in large and dependable qualities, a variety of colors, and for the broadest range of applications.

Recycled plastics products from Kaufland / Lidl
As an end-to-end waste management and plastic recycler, PreZero is proud to partner with Kaufland and Lidl stores to give plastic waste a new life. Like PreZero, these retailers are part of the Schwarz Group, whose divisions work together to create sustainable material loops. To this end, Kaufland and Lidl manufacture environmentally friendly products using recycled plastic granulates from PreZero to feed the circular economy.
Examples of sustainable polymer-based products offered by Lidl and Kaufland include clothes hangers, laundry baskets and storage boxes, as well as garden furniture and accessories containing up to 100% recycled polymer plastic from PreZero.
As an international polymer manufacturing company with more than 25 years of experience, PreZero is helping the Schwarz Group to reach its aim of at least 25% recycled plastic across all its own-brand products.

PreZero Academy PreZero understands that to ensure a healthy future for all, it’s important to educate the youth of today. To actively take part in this enrichment, PreZero Polymers has launched an initiative aimed at guiding young people through the intricate world of recycling: the PreZero Academy. This program will help young people gain a 360-degree understanding of the #circulareconomy and cradle-to-cradle recycling.
